Our story

I kept meeting founders with amazing products and zero plan.

A sale whenever sales got slow. Launches announced the same week they dropped. Five freelancers, and nobody in charge.

So we built the thing I wished they had: a team that sits down with you, maps out the whole year, and then actually does it. It's not glamorous. It works, usually around month six or seven. (we have the receipts)
