Privacy Policy
Kahani Digital Marketing ("Kahani," "we," "us") runs kahanidigital.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email hello@kahanidigital.com.
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, work email, brand name, website, revenue range, role, the services you're interested in, budget range, biggest challenge, timeline, how you found us, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Newsletter signup. Your email address and the page you signed up from.
- Creator list. Your name, email, social handles, follower range, city, the topics you create about, the kinds of partnerships you're open to, and any notes you add.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so the site can load securely and reliably.
How we use it
- To reply to you and recommend the right next step for your brand.
- To send our monthly newsletter if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To match creators with brand partnerships that fit their audience.
- To keep the site secure, working and free of spam.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who helps us run things
We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and security), ClickUp (where form submissions are stored so our team can follow up), and Google Fonts (to display the site's typefaces). If you choose to play a creator video on our Creators page, it loads from TikTok or Instagram, and their own privacy policies apply to that video.
Cookies
The site itself doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security. Videos you choose to play from TikTok or Instagram may set their own cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to work with you or to answer your inquiry, and newsletter emails until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop receiving emails from us, by writing to hello@kahanidigital.com. Depending on where you live (for example California, Virginia or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them.
Children
Our site is meant for businesses and adult creators. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
